The Godhead (Unity of the Godhead, not Trinity)
There is only One True God, Creator of heaven and earth. (Isaiah 42:5-8; Isaiah 45:5-7, 18, 21-22). The Lord is God. (Deuteronomy 4:35; 6:4; Psalms 100:3)
For in him (the Lord Jesus Christ) dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him which is the head of all principality and power. (Colossians 2:8-10).
God has revealed Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, but these three are One. (I John 5:7). God's Name is JESUS. (Isaiah 9:6; John 14:9-11; Matthew 1:21; John 14:26; John 10:30). Truly, as Thomas confessed, JESUS is Our Lord and Our God !! (John 20:28).
Head of the Church
Forasmuch as the Lord God JESUS CHRIST has purchased The Church with His own blood (Acts 20:28), He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. (Colossians 1:18). Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. (Ephesians 5:22).
Salvation
The Bible is the inspired Word of God. (II Timothy 3:16). All humanity is born in sin as a result of our foreparents, Adam and Eve, who sinned. (Romans 5:12). To escape God's judgment against sin and the second death, one must repent and be born again of water and of the Spirit. (John 3:3-5; Acts 2:38). Water baptism must be in the Name of JESUS CHRIST. (Luke 24:47; Acts 4:10-12; Acts 2:38; Colossians 3:17). Initial evidence of receiving the Holy Ghost is speaking in other tongues (languages) as God gives the utterance. (Mark 16:17; Acts 2:1-18; Acts 10:44-46; Acts 19:6). Subsequent evidence is the fruit of the Spirit. (Galatians 5:22-23).
Doctrine
Holy living and perfection are the Christian's God-ordained goals. (I Peter 1:15-16; Matthew 5:48). There is only one gospel and doctrine authorized by JESUS CHRIST and which was taught and preached by His Apostles. (Galatians 1:6-9; 2 John 1:9-11). Ministers (preachers) must not only be called, but chosen (after being qualified) and sent by God to preach and to teach the gospel and doctrine of JESUS CHRIST. (Romans 10:14-15; Jerimiah 23:21-22). There is no biblical basis for women preachers, nor for women teaching men. JESUS CHRIST is The Head of every man and the head of the woman is the man. (I Corinthians 11:3; I Timothy 2:11-15; and Revelation 2:20-23). Saints of God are not bound under the law (Mosaic), but free under grace and truth. (John 1:17; Galatians 5:4). We are to remain steadfast in the liberty where with Christ hath made us free! (Galatians 5:1). The sacraments of Communion are wine and unleavened bread. This solemn occasion is to remember the suffering and death of JESUS CHRIST. (Luke 22:17-20). Feet washing is also normally included in the communion service as a lesson of demonstrated humility. (John 13:3-16).
